My name is Shelia Wilkerson
I am the CEO/Founder of Destiny's Outreach.
I was raised in Shreveport LA. Married, proud mother of five children, proud of mimi of three grandchildren. Caregiver and also, a licensed minster!
I have been serving the community since 2000, became an nonprofit in 2017.
